Cancellation Policy
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you cancel your HeatCover plan within 14 days of the start date, you are entitled to a full refund. However, any costs incurred for repairs or services already carried out during that period will be deducted from your refund.
How to Cancel
To cancel your plan, please contact us by phone on 0845 676 9241 or by email at info@heatcoverltd.co.uk. Please have your account details ready so we can process your cancellation promptly.
Cancellation After 14 Days
After the 14-day cooling-off period, you may still cancel your plan at any time. Cancellations after this period are not eligible for a refund of any premiums already paid. Your cover will remain active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Deductions for Services Rendered
If any engineer visits, repairs, or services have been carried out under your plan prior to cancellation, the retail cost of those services will be deducted from any refund due. We will provide a clear breakdown of any deductions applied.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days of your cancellation request being confirmed. Refunds will be returned via the original payment method where possible.
